Introduction

This screen displays details like Personal details, Home address details, Work address details, Communication address details and Contact details. You can update or modify for the selected customer ID. These details are fetched from CRM system, post modification, these details would be updated back in CRM system.

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Personal Details

Name

Displays the Salutation, First, Middle and Last name of the customer. All these values can be modified.

Preferred Address

Displays the preferred address of the customer. From the drop-down list, select the type of preferred address to modify.

Valid Values:

Work Address

Home Address

Communication Address.

Preferred Phone

Displays the preferred phone of the customer. From the drop-down list, select the type of preferred phone to modify.

Valid Values:

Fax number

Communication Phone Number

Home Phone Number

Work Phone Number

Mobile number

Preferred Email

Displays the preferred e-mail ID of the customer. From the drop-down list, select the type of preferred e-mail to modify.

Valid Values:

Work Email id

Home email id.

Home Address Details

Mailing Address

Displays the home address for mailing purpose. It includes House number, Building level, Street number, Street name, Suburb, Locality, Town, City, State or Province, Country, Postal Code, and Address since. All these fields can be modified.

Note:

For State/Province use the Look Up button to search the state/province.

The Find Address button is visible only if property manager parameter PAF_CONFIGURED is set as ‘Y’. Using this button, customer is able to search for the verified addresses based on the postal code.

Work Address Details

Mailing Address

Displays the work address for mailing purpose. It includes House number, Building level, Street number, Street name, Suburb, Locality, Town, City, State/Province, Country, Postal Code, Address since. All these fields can be modified.

Note:

For State/Province use the Look Up button to search the state/province.

Communication Address

Other Contact Details

Home Phone Number

The residence phone number along with the country and state code if any.

Note:

Special characters and alphanumeric values are not allowed in this field.

Work Phone Number

The work phone number along with the country and state code if any.

Communication Phone Number

The number on which the user would like to be communicated.

Note:

Special characters and alphanumeric values are not allowed in this field.

Mobile Number

The mobile phone number along with the country and state code if any.

Note:

Special characters and alphanumeric values are not allowed in this field.

Fax Number

The fax number along with the country and state code, if any.

Special characters are not allowed in this field.

Personal Email ID

The personal e-mail ID of the customer.

Work Email ID

The work e-mail ID of the customer.

Work Extension Number

The work extension number of the customer.

Update

Update the backend system (CRM system) with the specified details.

Clicking this button will take the customer to a screen where the user would see the above details. The user has to confirm and submit the same.
