View and Update Consumer User Details

Introduction

A retail customer can be linked to more than one CIF (Customer Information File) or customer ID. The retail customer for whom more than one customer ID is attached can change their details and also details of other customer IDs attached to them. This screen lists all the customer IDs attached to the retail customer. A customer can select the customer ID for the intending to change the details.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Select View and Update Consumer User Details link in New Request screen.

• The View and Update Consumer User Details screen is displayed.

Select the Customer ID

From the drop-down list, select the customer ID whose personal details has to be modified or updated.
