Find State

Introduction

This screen allows the customer to find the state based on state code and country.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click the Look Up button in Personal Details screen.

  • The Find State screen is displayed.

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

From the drop-down list, select the language.

State Code

Specify the state code.

Country

From the drop-down list, select the country.

Search

Search the state codes based on the values specified.

The matching results (if any), are displayed on the same screen below.

Clear

Clear the specified values to re-enter fresh set of values.

Specify the state code.

The state description for the corresponding state code.

Select the option button to select the state.

Go

Enter the page number (in case the list is more than one page) to go directly to the page number entered.

Download the above details in the intended format. Select the format from the drop-down and click OK.
