Find Address

Introduction

This screen allows the customer search the verified address list based on the criteria such as:

• house number

• street number

• street name

• city

• state

• country

• postal code.

Note:

The bank would be maintaining a list of verified address (through external vendor like postal office, passport office etc). The address is verified with the list maintained by the bank (through vendor) and the bank would expose this address through an interface provided by the vendor. Whenever, customer clicks Find Address button and list of address is fetched, the address list would be fetched (based on the criteria entered) from the external system through the interface provided by the bank/vendor.

Interfacing with external system requires customization.

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click the Find Address button in Personal Details screen.

• The Find Addressscreen is displayed.

Select the city using the Look Up button.

Select the state using the Look Up button.

From the drop-down list, select the country.
