This screen continues to capture the information with respect to direct banking registration. The applicant ID is displayed in this screen. The applicant or customer can use this ID for the purposes mentioned earlier. The applicant or customer must fill in contact details. |

Applicant Id |
Applicant id for the registration form is displayed. |

Mobile Number |
Specify the mobile number of the applicant or customer. Note: This number would be used for all communications or alerts. |

Home Phone Number |
Specify the home phone number of the applicant or customer. |

Work Phone Number |
Specify the work phone number of the applicant or customer. |
|
Fax Number |
Specify the fax number of the applicant or customer. |
|
E-mail Address |
Specify the email address of the applicant or customer. Note: This email ID would be used for all communications or alerts. |

Address Type |
Specify the address type of the applicant or customer. Valid Values: Mailing Address Residential Address |

House Number |
Specify the house number of the applicant or customer. |

Street Number |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's street number. |

Street Name |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's street name. |

City |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's city name using Look Up button. |

State |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's state. The applicant or customer can use Look Up to select the state. |

Country |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's country. Valid Values: Australia Bahrain and so on |

Postal Code |
Specify the applicant’s or customer's postal code. Note: The Find Address button will be visible only if property manager parameter PAF_CONFIGURED is set as Y. Using this button, customer will be able to search for the verified addresses based on the postal code. |

Address Valid From (dd/mm/yyyy ) |
Specify the date from which the address is valid. The calendar widget can be used for specifying the date. Note: If applicant or customer intends to add more than one address, he can click the Add Address to add. He has to specify Address Type, House Number, Street Number, Street Name, City, State, Country, Postal Code, and Address Valid From. However, the applicant or customer can also delete any added address using Delete and modify the added address using Edit. The status of the address is also displayed to the applicant or customer. |

Save |
Save the incomplete form. The message, The application has been saved successfully with the application ID $App Id$ is displayed. You can complete the application and submit it now or you can exit by clicking the Cancel button and complete the application subsequently by enquiring on your application status based on the application ID' is displayed. Note: The applicant or customer can visit the incomplete form by quoting the applicant ID and proceed towards completing the application. Save will save the contents and will remain in the same screen. |

Proceed for completing or submitting the direct banking registration form. Note: This button generates or displays an applicant ID. This is auto save. |
