State Code

Introduction

This screen allows the user to search the state, based on the state code for the corresponding country. The result is also displayed on the same screen below, based on the state code mentioned by the user.

User also has the choice of downloading the details in the appropriate format

Navigation

Click the Look Up button against State field in respective screens.
The State Code Details screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field	Description
Search Criteria
Language	Select the language from the drop-down list.
State Code	Specify the state code.
Country	Select the country from the drop-down list.

Click	To
Search	Search the results based on the above criteria.
Clear	Clear the above entered value in the city code field.

Field	Description
List of States
Select	Select the corresponding record.
Country	Displays the country for the selected state.
State Code	Specifies the state code.
State Description	Specifies the description of the state.

Click	To
Page < and >	Pagination purpose, used to navigate to different screens. Note: To directly go to some other screen, type the screen number and click the Go button.
Select	Select the State.
Download Details as	Download the above details in the required format. Select the format and click OK to download. The formats supported are: HTML XML CSV DAT XLS PDF RTF TXT
Back	Go back to the previous screen.
