Change Product

Introduction

This screen allows the applicant or customer to change the products from the product catalogue.

The Applicant or Customer can also change the product selected by selecting the Change Product button which will take the applicant or customer to a product catalogue screen where he or she can change the products.

Note:

1. The Product catalogue will be maintained by the bank in a centralized location. The Direct banking screen has to be integrated with the catalogue that is maintained by the bank. On selecting the products in change product screen, the data has to be transmitted back to direct banking application by the external system.

2. This will be taken care during implementation activity.

Navigation

• Click the Change Product button in About You or Your Contact Details or Your Preferences screen.

• The Change Products screen is displayed.
