City Look Up

Introduction

This screen allows the user to search the city, based on the city code for the corresponding country. The result is also displayed on the same screen below, based on the city code mentioned by the user.

User also has the choice of downloading the details in the appropriate format.

Navigation

Click the Look Up button in the respective screens.
The City Look Up screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field	Description
Search Criteria
City Code	Specify the city code.

Click	To
Search	Search the city based on the above city code.
Clear	Clear the above entered value in the city code field.

Field	Description
List of Cities
Select	Select the corresponding city code.
City Code	Code for the city.
City Description	Description for the corresponding city code.

Click	To
Page < and >	Pagination purpose, used to navigate to different screens. Note: To directly go to some other screen, type the screen number and click the Go button.
Select	Select the city.
Download Details as	Download the above details in the required format. Select the format and click OK to download. The formats supported are: HTML XML CSV DAT XLS PDF RTF TXT
Back	Go back to the previousscreen.
