Introduction |
This screen lets the retail users to view the list of service requests that he or she had submitted based on the selection criteria – request type, date range, request nature, reference id, and status of the request. The list of requests based on the user specified criteria will be displayed on the same page. User can choose any particular request to view the details of the corresponding request. User also can download report based on his/her preference. |

Request Type |
Select the type of request from the dropdown list. Example : Cheque book request, door step banking request etc. |

Date (From - To) (dd/mm/yyyy) |
Specify the date range for the requests submitted. All requests submitted within this date range are retrieved. You can select the dates from calendar widget. |

Nature of Request |
Select the nature of the request from the drop-down list. Valid values: Online Offline Both |
|
Backend Reference Id |
Specify the reference ID of the request transaction. |

Status |
Select the status of the request from the drop-down list like pending, success, rejected and so on. |

Retrieve requests based on the selection criteria. Note: Clicking on this link will fetch the list of requests in the same page based on the specified criteria above. |

Reset |
Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria (where results have not been displayed) or to reload the screen with the latest results for the criteria specified. |

Reference Id |
The reference ID of the request. Note: This is a hyperlink, clicking on this link will take the user to a screen where he can view the details of the selected request. The request details what he sees will be different based on the type of request. Along with details, user can view the history of the request like – Status, Action by, Processed date, Status. User also can cancel the request if the request is still not processed online or by the relationship manager. |

The nature of request submission - online, offline or both. |

Requested Date |
The date when the request was submitted. |

The status of the request. |
