Introduction |
This screen allows the retail user to search for the files stored in various folders of online vault. Searching of files done easy by providing various search criteria like name of the file, date of file upload, parent folder name and so on. Based on the search criteria, files are listed on the screen, and customer can select a file for further processing. |

Search Files |
|
|
File Name |
Specify the file name to search for the files. Note:
For Example: If a customer gives file name as “mon” all the file names containing “mon” will get listed. File names could be “Monthly report”, “Monetary Impact” or “Monday Transactions”. |

Upload From –To |
Select the date range to search for the files uploaded during those date range. Note:

Folders |
From the drop-down list, select the folder from which the files have to be searched. |

File Details |
|

Select |
Select the option button to select the file for further processing. |
|
File Name |
Displays the name of the file. Note: The user can save this file in to local disk by clicking the hyperlink here. |
|
File Size |
Displays the size of the file. |
|
Upload Date |
Displays the date on which the file was uploaded to the folder. |
|
Uploaded By |
Displays the user ID of the person, who had uploaded the file to the folder. |
|
Path |
Displays the folder path where the file is stored. |
|
Available Space |
Displays the available free space in online vault. |

Click |

Search |
Search for the files based on the criteria specified. |

Clear |
Refresh the screen without the specified query criteria. |

View the File Upload screen. |
|

View the Delete Confirmation screen. Note: If a corporate user tries to delete a file from the folder to which the user does not have write permission, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to delete the file” is displayed. |

|
Rename the selected file. Note: If a corporate user tries to rename a file for which the user does not have write permission an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to rename the file” is displayed. |

Move the file from the present folder to the selected folder. Note: If a corporate user tries to move a file for which the user does not have write access, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to rename the file” is displayed. |

View the previous screen. |

View the next screen. |

Select the format from the drop-down list to download the above details. The format types allowed are:
