Delete File

Introduction

This screen allows the retail user to delete files which already exist in the selected folder. The user needs to select the file and click Delete to delete the file from the folder.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click the Delete button in Manage Files screen.

• The Delete File screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

File Details

File Name

Displays the name of the file.

File Size

Displays the size of the file.

Uploaded On

Displays the date on which the file was uploaded to the online vault.

Uploaded By

Displays the user ID of the person who has uploaded the file to the online vault.

File Path

Displays the path in which the file is placed.

Confirmation Details

Specify the credentials to confirm the deletion of file.
