Manage Folders

Introduction

This screen allows the retail user to:

  • Create a new folder in the online vault

  • Modify the name of an existing folder

  • Move the folders

  • Delete the folders

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click Manage Folders link under Online Vault in Retail User screen.

  • The Manage Folders screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Folders

From the drop-down list, select the folder name to perform the required task.

Create

Create a new folder, under the selected parent folder.

Note:

  • If a retail user tries to create a sub folder under a parent folder to which the user does not have access, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to create a sub-folder under the selected folder” is displayed.

  • The root (parent) folder is created by bank admin as part of enabling the customer for online vault functionality.

Rename

Rename the existing folders.

Note:

  • If a retail user tries to rename a folder to which the user does not have access, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to rename the selected folder” is displayed.

  • If user tries to rename a root folder, then the following message “You are not allowed to rename the root folder” is displayed.

Move

Move the folders to new location.

Note:

  • If a retail user tries to rename a folder to which the user does not have access, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to rename the selected folder” is displayed.

  • If user tries to rename a root folder, then the following message “You are not allowed to rename the root folder” is displayed.

Delete

Delete the selected folders.

Note:

  • If a retail user tries to rename a folder to which the user does not have access, an error message “You don’t have adequate permission to rename the selected folder” is displayed.

  • If user tries to rename a root folder, then the following message “You are not allowed to rename the root folder” is displayed.
