Online Registration

Introduction

After submitting the online registration form, if bank has enabled the Relationship Manager approval, then the Relationship Manager has to login into e-Banking application and approve the customer’s online registration form. However, the Relationship Manager also has the rights to reject the form from the business perspective. The Relationship Manager can view the details of the registration form before approving or rejecting the record. Post RM’s approval, e-Banking user ID is created for the customer.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Login into e-Banking application as a Relationship Manager.

  • Click Online Registration Maintenance link under the Consumer Relationship Management link.

  • The Online Registration screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Search Criteria

Application ID

Specify the application ID.

Online Registration Status

Select the status of online registration.

Valid Values:Verification Pending

Verification Failed

RM Approval Pending

Rejected by RM

User ID Creation Pending

Access Code Notification Pending

Final Registration Pending.

Registration Successful

Access Code Disabled

Application Date Range

Specify the range for submission of application in the From and To fields. The Relationship Manager can use calendar widget to select the date.

Advanced Searched Criteria

Customer Name

Specify the customer's first, middle and last name.

Customer ID

Specify the customer ID for which status is to be retrieved.

Search

Search the applications based on the above specified criteria. The fetched records are displayed in the online registration maintenance list below on the same screen.

Clear

Clear the above entered values.

Online Registration Maintenance List

Select

Select the corresponding record.

Name

The name of the customer who has requested for internet access.

Application ID

The application ID.

Note:

Clicking this takes the RM to the online registration form submitted by the customer.

Customer ID

The customer ID.

User ID

The internet banking user ID for the customer. Before approval, this field is blank. Post approval, the  application creates a new e-Banking user ID for this customer.

Application Date

The date of application submission by the customer.

Online Registration Status

The status of the online registration form.

Valid Values:

RM Approval Pending

User ID creation Pending

Registration Successful

Approve/Reject Application

Approve or reject the application.

Download Details as

Download the above details in the required format. Select the format and click OK to download.

The formats supported are HTML, XML, CSV, DAT, XLS, PDF, RTF and  TXT.
