Introduction |
The Relationship Manager (RM)has the option to either approve or reject the online registration form by the customer. He can view the registration form submitted by the customer. The RM is displayed with the list of accounts and their types that the customer holds with the bank along with customer name and ID. The RM has two options before approving:

The name of the customer |

Application ID |
The application ID of the application submitted by the customer. Note: Clicking this link takes the RM to the online registration form submitted by the customer. |

Customer ID |
The customer ID. |

List of Accounts Linked to Customer ID |

Sl. No. |
The serial number of the record. |

Account Number |
The account number of the customer with the bank. |
|
Account Type |
The type of account. Valid values: Savings Account Current Account Term Deposit Accounts Loan Accounts |

Status |
The status of account creation. Valid values: Active Close |

Remarks |
The remarks specified. |

Create User ID without closing the Application |
Create a user ID and do 'Complete Registration' activity. |
|
Create User ID and close the Application |
Create a user ID. The bank must set the password and dispatch the same to the customer. |

Approve the application. The user ID and success message is displayed accordingly. |

Reject |
Reject the application. The message, 'Application for Online Registration rejected', is displayed. |
