Maker Checker

Introduction

The Maker Checker option allows you to approve or reject records created by another administrator, if you are authorized to do so, or recall records created by you.

Navigation

The following is the navigation of this option:

• Click Maker Checker under the Admin Activities option.

• The Search Records Based on Following Criteria screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Select whether you want to see your own or others records

U'r own records

Select this radio button, if you want to view a list of records pertaining to you.

Other's records

Select this radio button, if you want to view a list of records created by another administrator.

User Id

The ID of the user whose records you want to view.

Within dates ranging from

Specify the date range within which you want to view the record list.

MKCT SRL NO

The serial number of the maker or checker record.

Table Name

Select the name of the table from which you want to view records from the drop-down list.

Function Code

Select the code of the function for which you want to view records from the drop-down list. For example, modify, insert, etc.

APPROVAL STATUS

Select the type of records you want to view from the drop-down list.
