Maker Checker Records List

Introduction

This screen outlines the actitvties of the user can perform using the Maker Checker Records List option.

Navigation

The following is the navigation of this option:

  • Click Retrieve in the Maker Checker screen.

  • The Maker Records List screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

S. No.

The serial number of the record.

Maker Ref.

The reference number of the updated, modified or deleted record.

Activity Type

The name of the data table to be modified.

Data

The data that was inserted and updated in to table

Modification Type

The type of modification done.

Modifier

The ID of the administrator who modified the record.

Modification Time

The time of modification.

To

Details

View details of the selected record.

Note:

On clicking Details, the details of the selected record are displayed. The details displayed, vary for different types of records.

If you have created the record, the buttons displayed are:

Recall to recall the modifications made to the database.

Cancel to return to the previous screen.

If you are authorizing the record, the buttons displayed are:

Approve to approve the selected record.

Reject to reject the modifications made to the record.

Back to return to the previous screen.

If you do not have authorization rights, only Back button is displayed.

Cancel

Return to the previous screen without saving the changes.
