Delink Virtual Credit Card

Introduction

Customers can opt to stop the usage of Virtual Credit Cards at any point of time. If they want to stop the usage of Virtual Credit Cards the service request “Delink Virtual Credit Card” has to be selected. This will be an offline service request, upon successful submission of the service request Relationship Manager has to process the request.

• Click Credit Cards – Delink Virtual Credit Card link in New Requests screen

• The Delink Virtual Credit Card screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Virtual Card Number

Select the Virtual Credit Card number from the drop-down list. It is mandatory to select one of the Virtual Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

Note:

User will get only the list of Virtual Credit Cards and if the card number is not selected in this field, the error message “Please select a Virtual Card” is displayed.

Remarks

Type the remarks related to the service request.
