Delink DEMAT Accounts

Introduction

Users can initiate a request for delinking the DEMAT accounts which are already linked to the user ID through this option. This will be an offline service request. Once the request is submitted to the bank user, he/she will remove the CIF under which the DEMAT account is opened, from the user ID.

Navigation

• Click Delink DEMAT Accounts link in New Requests screen

• The Delink DEMAT Accounts screen is displayed.

Select the account number from the list.

Note:

This is a mandatory field. If this field is left blank the error message “Please select the Account number” is displayed
