Application for Virtual Credit Card Limit Change

Introduction

Virtual Credit card will be issued to the customers with a specified limit, based on the primary card’s credit limit. However customer may ask for revision of the credit limit for the virtual credit card. Finacle e-Banking users will have an option to request for change in the Virtual Credit Card limit through an offline service request.

• Click Credit Cards – Application for Virtual Credit Card Limit Change link in New Requests screen

• The Application for Virtual Credit Card Limit Change screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Virtual Card Number

Select the Virtual Credit Card number from the drop-down list. It is mandatory to select one of the Virtual Credit Cards from the drop-down list.

Note:

User will get only the list of Virtual Credit Cards and if the card number is not selected in this field, the error message “Please select a Virtual Card” is displayed.

New Limit

Type the new limit.

Note:

• If this field is not entered by the user the error message “The field (New Limit) is mandatory” is displayed.

• If the user enters a limit more than the primary card limit, then the error message displayed is, “The limit of your Primary card is <AMOUNT>. The limit of the Virtual Card should be less than this”.

Remarks

Type the remarks related to the service request.
