Update Nominee Details

Introduction

This service request enables the retail customer to update the nominee details for an account. This is an online request and hence doesn’t require relationship manager for processing the request.

If relationship manager approval is enabled for this request, then the request is sent to relationship manager first, once he approves, the modifications are done at back end system, that is, at core system.

Note:

Whenever a service request is initiated in a joint account, by one of the account holders, request will have to be approved by other holders of the account. If the mode of operation is Either or Survivor no approval is required.

Navigation

  • Click All Accounts – Update Nominee Details link in the New Requests screen.

  • The Update Nominee Details screen is displayed.
