Update Address Type

Introduction

This service request enables the retail customer to update the address type attached with an account. This is an online request and hence doesn’t require relationship manager for processing the request.

If Relationship Manager approval is enabled for this request, then request is sent to Relationship Manager first, once he approves, modifications are done at the back end system, that is, at core system.

Note:

Whenever a service request is initiated in a joint account, by one of the account holders, request will have to be approved by other holders of the account. If the mode of operation is Either or Survivor no approval is required.

Navigation

  • Click All Accounts – Update Address Type link in the New Requests screen.

  • The Update Address Type screen is displayed.
