Switch Mailing Address

Introduction

The Switch Mailing Address screen provides the option of switching the mailing address to different address types at customer level. With multiple CIF linkages to an e-Banking User being possible, the user needs to select the CIF for which he wants to switch the mailing address. This will be an online request to CRM. The current mailing address field in e-Banking application will correspond to the Default address type set in CRM. The address details of this field will be displayed with option buttons for the user to make a switch.

Note:

The retail user views and updates his or her mailing addresses and the user can switch his or her mailing address to the other address as default address. Fetching and switching mail address is online (through FI), that is, the details are fetched and updated from/in CIF database.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click the All Accounts – Switch Mailing Address  hyperlink in the New Requests  screen.

  • The Switch Mailing Address screen is displayed.
