Introduction |
This screen lets the retail user to send a request for breaking a deposit account. User has to fill in breaking details appropriately for the request. This request is available in both the modes – online and offline. Note: Whenever a service request is initiated in a joint account, by one of the account holders, request will have to be approved by other holders of the account. If the mode of operation is Either or Survivor no approval is required. |

Deposit Account |
Select the deposit account from the drop-down list that has to be broken. Note: Clicking Details button will take the user to account details screen, where the details of the deposit account selected will be displayed and also user is given a choice to download the details in appropriate format. |

Amount to be Broken |
Specify the amount that has to be broken from the deposit amount. |

Breaking value date (dd/mm/yyyy) |
Specify the deposit amount breaking date using calendar widget. |

Transfer Proceeds to Account or by Cheque |
Select the mode through which the broken amount should proceed to, either to the account or by the cheque. If account id is selected, then select the account number from the drop-down list. |

Transaction Remarks |
Enter remarks, if any, on deposit breaking. |

Submit Online |
Send the online request for breaking a deposit account in Finacle Core. Note: Clicking on this button will take the users to a screen where the above entered details are shown for confirmation and also user is prompted to enter the authorization details. Authorization details will be prompted only if the service request is authorization enabled. |

Submit to Relationship Manager |
Submit the deposit breaking request form to relationship manager for processing. Note: Clicking on this button will take the users to a screen where the above entered details are shown for confirmation and also user is prompted to enter the authorization details. Authorization details will be prompted only if the service request is authorization enabled. |
