This screen allows the Relationship Manager to notify the prospect details on generation of access code and customer ID. This screen also allows to select preferred mode of delivery for the same. |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |

Application ID |
The application ID. |

Customer ID |
The customer ID. |

Customer Creation Status |
The status of the application. |

User ID |
The user ID. |

Access Code Status |
Indicates whether the access code is generated or not. |

Notification Details |

Mode of Delivery |
The possible modes of delivery offered by the bank. Valid values: SMS Fax Courier |

Customer ID |
Select the option button for preferred mode of delivery of customer ID information. |

Access Code |
Select the option button for preferred mode of delivery of access code. |
|
Customer Details |
The mobile number, e-mail Id or fax number that is chosen as the preferred mode of delivery for either customer ID or access code. |

Remarks |
Specify remarks, if any. |

Action Date/Time |
The date and time when the action occurred. |

Action By |
The name of the person who has performed the action. |

Send Access Code/Customer ID |
Send the access code or customer ID through the preferred mode of notification. The message, “Sending of Access Code/Customer ID initiated successfully for Customer ID "CIF_XXX", is displayed. |
