View Incomplete Requests

Introduction

This queue enables a corporate user to view all trade instruments with various statuses such as Saved Manually, Available for Repair and Recalled and resume working on those records.

Navigation

  • Click View Incomplete Requests from Trade Finance Services screen.

  • The View Incomplete Requests screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions that can be performed:

Request Type

Drop-down

Select the request type to be listed during search.

Valid Values:

All – Default

Import LC Issuance

Import LC Amendment

Export Bill lodgement

Request Status

Drop-down

Select the status of the request to be listed during search.

Valid Values:

All – Default

Saved Manually

Available for Repair

Recalled

Request Date Range From - To

Date

Enter or select the request date range.

My Role

Drop-down

Select the role to list records to be approved or submitted for approval.

Valid Values:

Initiator

Approver

ADVANCED SEARCH CRITERIA

Reference ID

Alphanumeric / 5

Enter reference ID for the request.

Applicant / Drawee

Alphanumeric / 80

Enter the name of the applicant or drawee.

Beneficiary / Drawer

Alphanumeric / 80

Enter the name of the beneficiary / drawer.

Amount Range From – To

Amount / 18 (3)

Select the CCY and enter the amount range, based on which records should be retrieved.

Manual Release Required

Drop-down

Select yes if records which require manual release are to be retrieved, else select ‘No’ to retrieve records which don’t require manual release. ‘All’ displays records of both categories.

All – Default

Retrieve the records matching the criteria entered above.

Reset

Clear the entered criteria.

Note:

All fields in this except 'select' are display fields.

Select

Option button

Select the record on which you want to perform additional operations.

Reference ID

The reference ID of the request.

Request Type

The request type.

Request Status

The Request Status.

Request Date

The Request Date.

Currency

The request currency.

Amount

The request amount.

Applicant/Drawee

The name of  Applicant/Drawee.

Beneficiary/Drawer

The name of  Beneficiary/Drawer.

Manual Release

Whether manual release is required or not.

View the previous list page.

   NEXT.GIF

View the next list page.

Go to Page

Provide the page number and click Go to get the respective list page on the screen.

Modify

Modify the request which can be Import LC Issue, Export Bill lodgement and the like. User will be taken to the appropriate screen.

Delete

Delete the request. User is taken to the preview confirmation screen.

More Actions

Select any other action you want to perform on the selected record, from the drop down and click OK.

Copy – User will be taken to the corresponding screen to copy request

Download Details as

Download the list of templates in the following file formats by selecting from the drop down and clicking OK button.
